Hypnotherapy
-
Hypnosis is a trance-like state that we enter into so that we can receive suggestions and insights to be able to change things about ourselves. It can be compared to a guided meditation where the voice you are listening to leads you on a journey of inner exploration.
-
Trance means having a sustained attention on something. We go in and out of trance-like states on a daily basis. For instance, when we drive or watch a compelling tv show. A trance state makes it easier for the hypnotherapist to talk with the subconscious mind. With our thinking brain having a rest, the sub conscious can go ahead with helping to transform any negative beliefs or self-sabotaging patterns we hold about ourselves. 95 percent of our actions and beliefs come from the subconscious. This makes it the number one place to access for positive behavioural changes or for past life information.

An initial consultation takes place to discuss the clients’ needs and expectations and to make sure it’s a good fit for both the therapist and the client. The client must be comfortable with the therapist to have a successful hypnotic experience. The therapist will conduct a series of test exercises to determine which script to use and determine how likely the client is to go into trance. The client is then guided in to hypnosis by verbal instruction. After the session, the client may be given audio recordings to reinforce the effects.

This would depend on the concern.
1-6 sessions are the standard for most people.
Regression/Past Life Sessions
-
These follow the same process as Hypnotherapy sessions; however, the focus is on past-life experiences.
-
Many people find these sessions helpful with longer term issues that people have not been able to get rid of. For instance, over eating or addictive behaviours. Often these problems can be found in another life. By tapping into the past life where the problem started, people are able to address and get rid of the problem once and for all so that is doesnt affect their present life.
A Regression is often useful to make sense of our relationship to others, both positive and negative relations. It also provides positive tools to foster better working relations and gives us a better understanding of our personality.
