Pendulum Reset Healing

A Re-set is when the practitioner uses a hand-held pendulum around the clients’ body in search of blocked emotions or injuries. This is held within the biofield (aura) or skeletal system of the body. Such as anger, trauma, old hurts or surgical procedures. They are all taken in to consideration. The pendulum works on rebalancing the body and mind through a series of clockwise and anti-clockwise movements called Re-sets.

The idea for the Pendulum Reset came about after Natasha was talking to a friend about having to constantly have osteopathy sessions for a recurring knee problem. The friend used a pendulum around Natasha’s body and unknowingly corrected the knee issue for good. She was surprised by this and went on to read everything she could on dowsing and pendulums. As well as attending courses. This led to the development of the Reset program.

Reiki is a healing treatment that requires no oils or for you to be undressed. It is an energetic massage that focuses on moving energy through the body by dissolving blockages encountered along the way. In the treatment, specific hand placements are used on the front and/or back of the body to release mental, physical and emotional stress patterns found in the body. This allows the body to balance and repair itself. Some research has found Reiki to be helpful in reducing anxiety and stress by balancing the right and left side of the brain. One study in the US found it helped to reduce pain and speed up recovery time in post op patients.

Almost anyone can have Reiki. If you find it difficult to unwind and mentally switch off and dislike having massages, then this is the perfect treatment for you. It is a calming and grounding treatment. It can be really helpful for those with anxiety. Reiki helps to soothe the spirit and reduce heartache in people experiencing grief by creating a space for the individual to heal from the loss.
