Reiki is a healing treatment that requires no oils or for you to be undressed. It is an energetic massage that focuses on moving energy through the body by dissolving blockages encountered along the way. In the treatment, specific hand placements are used on the front and/or back of the body to release mental, physical and emotional stress patterns found in the body. This allows the body to balance and repair itself. Some research has found Reiki to be helpful in reducing anxiety and stress by balancing the right and left side of the brain.
